  • Pets Welcome: Pets are allowed with an additional $400 deposit per pet and $50 additional monthly rent per pet.
  • Pet Limit: Up to two pets are permitted.

APPLICATION & RENTAL REQUIREMENTS

  • Application: An application is required for each occupant over the age of 18.
  • Income: Income must be verified.
  • Credit & Rental History: Good credit and no adverse rental history are required.
  • Application Fee: $25 per application, including background and credit check.
  • Security Deposit: $2,500
  • Fair Housing: Western Properties Imperial Beach does business in accordance with the Federal Fair Housing Act.
